Policies & Payments

No personal checks please.  Payment is due at the time of service, in full. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER AND CARECREDIT. To receive the package discount, all packages must be paid in full at first treatment. You can apply with Carecredit at for a payment plan of six months, no interest.  Please note that Carecredit is NOT an online payment option for our gift certificates.

To maintain our adult environment as well as for safety and liability concerns, please do not bring children to your appointment or leave them in our waiting room during your appointment.

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for appointments to allow time for completing consent forms, paperwork, or to use the bathroom, etc. If you are running late, let us know as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you without disrupting other scheduled client appointments.  If you are more than ten minutes late to your appointment time you may be asked to reschedule so that your treatment can be complete.

We have a wide variety of appointment times available and book up to several weeks in advance. Some days and times are more popular than others. We do our best to accommodate your requests for a particular day and time. However, all appointments are on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will do our best to accommodate requests for a particular technician. However, if your requested technician is not available during the time/day you request, we ask for your cooperation in allowing us to serve you with another technician.

Effective January 1, 2020

Your treatment room, staff and equipment are reserved especially for you when you make an appointment.  We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies.  Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 business hours in advance.  Please let us know by Friday morning if you need to cancel a Monday appointment.

IMPORTANT –  All services require a credit card to guarantee an appointment since this reserves a clinician, room and equipment for you.   Please have your credit card ready when booking.  You will not be charged unless there is a late cancellation (within 24 business hours) or a “no show”. Please let us know by Friday morning if you need to cancel a Monday appointment so that we have an opportunity to rebook that time.

No refunds for pre-paid treatments once they are purchased. If for some reason you are unable to use an un-rendered, pre-paid service, you may do a one-time exchange of unused portion toward other services. Most skincare products may be exchanged or receive spa credit for alternative products within 7 days of purchase.  We are unable to accept returns of Latisse, Upneeq or Lipluxe products. Due to the intimate nature of the VFit, we do not accept returns (see website). Vfit offers a one-year warranty (to registered devices) against manufacturer defect-related problems resulting from normal use of the product.

Rejuvenations Laser Center & Medical Spa takes privacy seriously. We ensure that the staff will not discuss client treatments with any other clients.

If you won a treatment at one of our open houses, you have one year to redeem and the prize is non-transferable to another person and may not be swapped for another treatment or monetary value. No exceptions.

Tipping for medical professionals after a laser treatment or injectable is not customary at Rejuvenations Laser Center & Medical Spa because we are a medical facility. Exception – our three Licensed Estheticians at Rejuvenations (Kiley, Jillian or Danielle) may accept tips after Esthetic services such as facials, or waxing. The best tip we can receive is your repeat business and referrals!

Rejuvenations Laser Center & Medical Spa is committed to serving you in the best way that we can. We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed, not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you. Thank you for allowing us to serve you!

Rejuvenations Laser Center & Medical Spa will try to communicate policy and price changes with you in advance wherever possible (Email, website or posted signage). However, we do reserve the right to change our policies and prices without notice. Prices quoted during consultations are honored for 30 days.


We always offer $100 off every dermal filler syringe purchased after first syringe – must be at same appointment/treatment.  (Dermal Fillers we currently use are in the Juvederm collection of fillers and the Restylane family of products.)


When you recommend a friend to our practice, and he/she comes in for an appointment/consultation, we will post a $25 gift card on your account to be used on ANYTHING at Rejuvenations Laser Center & Medical Spa!  Be sure to have your friend mention you in the “Who Referred You?” portion of their intake forms.   (Does not include Beauty by Alyce Permanent Makeup)

Please allow at least one business day if you would like for someone from our front desk to give you an accounting of services left in your account from packages and open house purchases and / or gift certificates.  If possible, please try to request these outside of the week before an open house.
